This is how easy the sycat Online Presentation with Netviewer can be accessed:

• Please set up an appointment with us by calling the telephone number: +49 (0)511 / 84 86 48 -200
• Deactivate the “screen saver” or  „power saving mode“
• If you view the presentation in your conference room with a beamer for example, please confirm you availability via telephone approx. 10 minutes prior to the appointment
• All you need is internet access. Just access Service and Support Software Online Presentation on our Internet page prior to your appointment.
• When our consultant prompts you, click on "start Net viewer" on this page
• The application will now be executed it will not be installed!
• We will advise you of the number sequence via telephone. Please enter the consultation number in the designated field and confirm it.
• You are set to go now!  Ideally you will set your telephone to conference call or activate the speaker function. 

After the presentation is concluded, just close the application. The broadcast is finished. No de-installation is necessary.
